According to a report by Hoa Phat Group, one of the steel groups in Vietnam, more than 20,000 tons of rebar steel produced by Dung Quat is planned to export to Canada.
Previously, Hoa Phat’s rebar production was limited, making export sales unable to increase.
Dung Quat has been planning this year, helping to increase production by an additional 2 million tons of long steel products, and therefore can sell rebar to Canada.
This year, Hoa Phat Group also exported about 20,000 tons of long steel products to Japan.
